Shows in Brasilia highlights works of great photographers Brazilian

After being displayed in Curitiba and Sao Paulo, Brasilia's turn came to host the exhibition titled "30 years of photography," with forty images of personal collection of curator and researcher Rosely Nakagawa. The exhibition features photographs that Rosely gathered during 30 years his professional career, from the first, which was a gift from Mario Cravo Neto, a black and white, to assemble a portfolio with 200 pictures of renowned Brazilian photographers, selected 40 of them. Thomaz Farkas, Cristiano Mascaro, Carlos Moreira, Luiz Braga and Lucia Guanaes are some of the photographers participating in the show. According to journalist Simonetta Persichetti, the photographs selected for this exhibition show the changes and the evolution of photographic aesthetics over 30 year history of Brazilian photography. The exhibition is on display from July 15 to August 16, the Caixa Cultural (SBS, block 4), and is open daily from 9am to 21pm. Free admission.
