Vintage documentary "Helmut Wagner - Soul Image", a work that chronicles the career of photographer Helmut Wagner of Santa Catarina.
The next Monday, 05 October, the official launch happens the documentary "Helmut Wagner - Soul Image", a work that tells the history of the photographer Helmut Wagner of Santa Catarina. Directed by filmmakers Fernando Severo, coordinator of the Course of the European Centre for Digital Cinema, and Ingrid Wagner, daughter of the photographer honored, the first showing of the film is part of the official program of the 4th Festival of Parana Brazilian Film and Latino. The documentary Helmut Wagner - Soul Image will be displayed at the Museum Oscar Niemeyer - MON, from 16h, and entry is free, as all other activities proposed by the Festival. Helmut Wagner (1924-1988) - Born in the city of Canoinhas (SC), moved to Curitiba in infancy and during four decades produced some of the main images in the history of Brazilian photography, always worshiping the tradition and the people of Paraná. Throughout his career, the photographer was consecrated to invest in new techniques and became a reference for generations of photographers.
