A famous photograph of Rene Burri was taken from the top of the building Banespa

The image of the famous Swiss photographer René Burri titled "Men on the rooftop," made in Sao Paulo in 1960, shows men walking on the roof of a building in the megalopolis. This image has become known worldwide. The photo was taken from the top of Banespa building in downtown Sao Paulo. In the 60s the photographer spent about six months in South America, several images of this trip are in the book "René Burri Photographs," published by Phaidon English art.
