Exhibition honors Master Pierre Verger Vitalino

To celebrate the centenary of the birth of Vitalino Pereira dos Santos, Vitalino Master, the Museum of the Depth and Pierre Verger Foundation to the present day April 25, 2010, the exhibition "Art and Clay Art Look - Vitalino and Verger. There are 81 photographs taken by photographer and French researcher Pierre Verger Fatumbi documenting the work of Master Vitalino, along with 81 sculptures by the artist, integrating the Museum of the Depth, the institution has the largest number of works by Master Vitalino. Verger photographed in detail the modeling process of ceramics. He accompanied the artist to collect the clay and then patiently followed every step of making the work. It was with Vitalino to the river, where are the deposits of clay. Recorded the work being put in a wood oven and the finished, he went to the place of sale at the famous Fair of Caruaru. The show can be seen Tuesday through Sunday from 9:30 to 17h until April 25, 2010. The House Museum is located in Pontefract Pontefract Road 3295, in Recreio. Rio de Janeiro. Tickets cost £ 4 (full) and $ 2 (half).
