Korda's daughter hopes to recover the negatives seized in 1968

Forty-one years after the Cuban authorities have confiscated the collection of studio Korda, the daughter of the photographer and a former collaborator of maintaining the "hope" that the files will appear. The statement was made by Diana Diaz, the daughter of Alberto Korda, and Joseph A. Figueroa, also a photographer and assistant to the former, which are in Lisbon for the opening of the exhibition "Korda Known Unknown," which opens today at Gallery East Turret of the National Cordage.
