Connection Beirut - St. Paul

[ Studio Madeleine | February 4, 2010 | 2 Comments | 499 views]

The Photo Forum Beirut is a gathering of photographers that happens once a month in Beirut. The meetings are a time of debate about photography and production sites, where established and emerging professionals have the opportunity to show and listen to opinions about their work.

In each issue, the production of the Forum invites a foreign professional to select the images. And for the next meeting, held on February 16, is the Cia de Foto who is responsible for curating, with the theme "The City".

To register, however, you have to ensure their presence in the capital of Lebanon, on the 16th! Who says more is Yasmina Reggad, organizer of the Forum: "All photographers are welcome to apply provided they are in Beirut on the day of the meeting to present and discuss their work live. For example, the English photographer Anastasia, who attended the first session, lives in Syria, but she traveled to Beirut by Photo Forum. "

If you're in the neighborhood on the date of the meeting, you must create an account with PhotoShelter Starter and upload of images (maximum 20) by the 10th (next Wednesday).
