Curitiba receives the exposure of the Peruvian Martín Chambi, the poet of light

Between April 30 and June 26, 2010, the Oscar Niemeyer Museum in Curitiba receives exposure Martín Chambi - The Poet of Light The show brings together 88 original photographs in black and white Peruvian artist who is considered the first photographer Latin American indigenous people. Son of the family of Inca origin, Chambi portrayed under unique perspective, diversity and cultural richness of a people little known in the first half of the twentieth century. The exhibition is brought by Planet Brazil and Argentina has curated by Leila Makarius and will be launched on April 29th with a cocktail party for guests. At the official opening, the grandson of the artist, Teo Allain Chambi will open to the public a lecture entitled The Heritage of a File.
