Registration is now open the call of Paraty in Focus exhibition and / or temporary occupation during this year's festival, taking place 15-19 September. Only completed projects in the area of photography, and are in keeping with the theme " Inventories of the Earth "can compete for the announcement. The call is open to national and international artists.

Participants may only approve a project for space offered: cube, Iphan, Trace Atelier or fences . Projects should address objective questions and / or subjective as to what we do, and we will do to our planet.

The deadline for registration ends on August 8th and dissemination of selected projects will be made on the 16th, the site of Paraty in Focus. Entries are free and must be made exclusively through the internet.

Should be sent the registration form, the project proponent and the curriculum of the PDF, and video, if necessary, MOV, FLV or MPG. The sum of the size of the files should not exceed 15 MB, for projects without video, and 30 MB for video projects. We will not accept compressed files.

The project must contain:

a] Purpose
b] Reason
c] dossier containing: sketch, descriptive design, image (s) (s) work (s) of each work sheet [author, title essay, book title, date, technique, materials and dimensions]
d] Detailed specification for handling and assembly

Applicants and their legal representatives are solely responsible for the visual quality and content of files and information submitted. Projects that will fail the evaluation commission considered unworkable. There will be two stages of evaluation: a round, based on the requirements of the regulation, and other analysis. At this stage, the committee formed by Claudia Jaguaribe, Isabel Amado, Eduardo Muylaert, Juan Esteves and Rubens Fernandes Junior evaluate the projects according to the criteria:

a] Quality and Design Excellence
b] relevance to the topic
c] Adequacy of the project to the physical space available
d] Benefits to the general population

Selected projects, the organization of Paraty in Focus will provide transportation works, assembly and disassembly, signs of exposure, publicity, educational activities, transfer of SP or RJ to Paraty, accommodation in hostel for a week, plus $ 60 per day allowance for travel. The proponents of approved projects will receive communications via e-mail with instructions to formalize the agreement on the conditions of realization.
