The photographer Luiz Carlos Porto Alegre Felizardo launches, on July 6, Imago's book, a collection of texts published in the author * APPLAUSE , which is a columnist since 2001. Born in 1949, Luiz Carlos Felizardo studied at the School of Architecture, Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) between 1968 and 1972, the year he dropped out and began to devote himself exclusively to photography. Using large format cameras, produced internationally recognized work in the fields of architecture and landscape photography.

From 1975, held solo exhibitions in several Brazilian cities, Buenos Aires and La Plata, Argentina, and Montevideo, Uruguay. He also participated in international conferences in European countries, such as La Fotografía Iberoamericana in Madrid; Brasilianische photos, Germany, and Fotografía Brasileña: Historia y Contempo-raneidad in Portugal.
