A unique partnership will be signed in August during the week f/508 Photography . During four days, the Collective Garapa , Sao Paulo, will teach a free workshop on Space f/508 focusing on thought and production of audiovisual content for virtual networks. Participants were selected through portfolio analysis, produce audiovisual pieces of short duration, integrating sound, photography and video, on topics decided jointly.

Program conducted by the National Funarte Visual Arts, the Multimedia Experience Workshop is aimed at artists, journalists, technicians and local professionals. Those interested should fill out the registration form which will be available in the Collective Garapa site starting next Monday (2). The very Garapa assess the letters of intent and resumes submitted by applicants, with the concern that the group will be formed (with maximum 15 people) meet participants with different experiences, from the picture, audio, video and text.

The Collective Garapa available for the course two kits consist of a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, an audio recorder and a video editing room. The students should necessarily a digital camera (amateur or professional) and, if so, a laptop, video camera and audio recorder.

The workshop will be held on the 25th to the 29th of August and will discuss goals for the narrative possibilities multimidiáticas and distribution of audiovisual content in the context of digital networks, and promote familiarize participants with the collective work and the tools of production and dissemination of content. Among the topics to be discussed are: "New ways for audiovisual narratives", "Audiovisual Production for the web", "When and how to use video, audio or photo," "The collective work", "The blog and networks as dissemination tools "and" Creative Commons and free platforms. "
