For a few years ago, Paraty has become a cultural hub, but do not have skilled labor in the production area in culture. Aware of the need to train staff, Paraty in Focus has created a program to train young professionals in the cultural area. These young people will join the team working at the festival.

Educational
During the festival, 12 young people will form a team of educational exhibits. These young people receive preparatory classes in Paraty, skilled professionals, and book with didactic material.
