The word future, in its origins back in medieval times, and its most eminent signifcado also has its roots in the idea of growth. In contemporary society, the issue has unfolded in growing yes, but with knowledge, grow creating, shaping the future in a creative way, or in the case of photography, which will be able to find art that will stand tomorrow. Partly it was the work of the independent curator, teacher and photographer Paulo Chiodetto Eder, shows the organization of Generation 00. For him, this mapping of the future picture is for experimentation and the documentary, a power line, which boosted the Brazilian image in the first decade of the 21st century.

Currently, she coordinates the Graduate Program in Communication. Graduated in History from the FFU in 1981, a researcher at CPDOC / FGV, the Memory of Electricity / Eletrobrás, the Institute for the Study of Religion - ISER. Professor at UFRJ since 1997. Published The machine Waiting: origin and aesthetics of modern photography (Mauad X, 2009). It is dedicated mainly to the relationship between image and history, particularly photography.
