With its abundance of information, the Internet is a constantly changing picture of our collective activities, desires, wishes and needs. As an inexhaustible source of visual information, the web can be thought of as a space where the appropriation of images is not an act other than taking pictures. However, the Internet, practice ownership, implicit in all aspects of photography, becomes explicit.
Using the Web as a "database" on which the artist moves to create their own work, students will be invited to explore, even before the workshop begins, the appropriation through various exercises that will consider the narrative, the public and private intimacy, the desire of authorship, originality, the collective and individual as possible starting points for developing projects that use photography as a language and support.
